Red Cedar/Spanish Cedar Box Kalimba Lamellophone

Description

Dimensions: 9.5″ x 9.25″ x 3.25″. This Box (resonating body) has Red Cedar front and back with Spanish Cedar on all four sides. Bottle Cap Buzzers are on a Brass Plate attached with Upholstery Tacks. Bridge is Purple Heart Wood, Paduak Wood, Brass and Steel. Holding strap is Cow Leather attached to Brass Eye Hooks. There are 25 Hand Forged Spring Steel Keys including 11 Sympathetic Keys, G Pentatonic tuning, lowest note E. The voice is very vibrant, rich and haunting.
